Q.

I am 33 weeks pregnant I cant eat food rather than that I eat carrot pomogranate and i'll drink milk I am not able to have calcium and iron tablet as well.

A. hi, Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy. u
