I am 32 years old breastfeeding mother. last 2 week se mere nipple me pain ho rhi hai. ek pimple jese white ubhaar bhi tha. med bhi li. kuch relief Mila tha. jese hi med finish Hui ab fir se pain ho rhi hai. ab to dusre nipple me bhi lg rhi thori c. kese thek hoga. koi chinta vali bat to nhi

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. There might be some engorgement of the breast due to clogged milk ducts so gently massage your breast towards nipple with Luke warm oil apply warm compress and if still no relief then consult your gynaecologist
