hi doctor mere left nipple pr ek white spot sa ho gya h dekhne me daana sa lgta h.jiski wajh se mujhe breastfeeding me bhut pain hota h aur breast n nipple me b pain hota h kbhi kbhi bhut jyada jb breastfeed nhi karwati hu tb b..please suggest what to do
