I’am 32 weeks pregnant my sugar level is high sometime so can i take gluconorm sr 500 tablet.Is it safe during pregnancy?

No madam you should not take any medicine without consulting the doctor if you feel that the sugar levels are high you need to check with your gynaecologist and accordingly as per the need a doctor is going to guide you with the right medicine that you can use which would be safer in the pregnancy
