I am 32 weeks pregnant mom when I should I start doing exercises for my normal delivery

A. Actually after three months complete if you do not have any complication your pregnancy is going healthy that’s the time when you’re start doing basic exercise and yoga which helps in maintaining the strength and stamina plus help in normal delivery right now no such exercise is going to be helpful but you can check with your doctor if she can suggest you some which would be easier for you to manage at home
