i am 31 yr old i have. 2 yr old daughter.. please suggest a good shampooe and conditioner for hair fall .. and also for stretch marks

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. bio oil for the stretch marks in gvHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent stretch marks will take time to fade irrespective of the ointment you use practice light yogasanaa and pranayama practice walking more take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning don't wash your hair too frequently use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture to wash hair
