A. I would have told you the same thing that it seems like you’re going through a nerve related issue because the things that you are mentioning or normally happening with people who Are going to a mind or not related issue on which is common so I was just advise you in this current status that you should consult with your doctor on urologist in the first place to understand what is the problem and according to that only they can help you with the right treatment
