I am 31 years old having 2.5 yrs kid.. from last 3-4 months noticing pelvic pain and cramps similar to menstrual cramps during middle of the month mostly ovulation period. what could be reason and how to avoid this pain.

Would advice you to consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns about this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
