I am 30 year old having headech and body paid and higher pain during menstruation, feel pain under my ribs these day, and stomach pain various times

have sunbath every morning for half an hour.
walk for half an hour daily.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

If u are having body pain and headache during ur periods days then u can take paracetamol for this. U can also apply pain balm on the forehead.
