how can I get rid of back pain occuring during menstruation

Usually before the cycle starts and especially during the first day there will be either abdominal pain or back pain for most of the women. You can take a single tablet of paracetamol which is Safe during breast-feeding reduce the pain or use pillow to support your back and rest

you may try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad
or there are patches available in the market for this ,you may use them.
or apply balm on your abdominal area.
