I am 30 weeks pregnant now. I am having loose motion from today morning. Had a gastric like feeling after having food yesterday. Feels like it's a food poisoning. Can you please help me what to do.

Please get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist for a proper guidance and treatment. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice.
