I am 3 months pregnant.can I have banana chips during this period.Is it harmful for baby

A. Yes of course you can have banana chips no problem in that and they are good to be eaten as a snack and eat fresh home cooked healthy foods and drink enough water

A. Experts also agree that chips should be on the 'avoid' list, just like papaya, raw meat, unpasteurized milk, food, and other processed food.

A. No it is not harmful but just make sure that you getting it from a good place because you know the kind of oil and spices that did use in good places are still good don’t buy it from a random place because you never know what kind of products are they going to use in making these banana chips
