I am 3 months breast feeding mom I had sufficient supply of milk for 1 month later no supply of milk and in regular menses .

You should take a lactation supplement that is going to help and also your menstruation cycle has got no connection with your milk do not connect these two things as they’ve got no connection but yes you can definitely start taking a lactation supplement to boost your lactation for the child
