Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi females who are overweight at the time of conceiving, have to take care Ideally then can gain 8 to 10 kg weight till 9 months It is best to avoid foods that cause excess weight gain like sugary foods, fried foods, junk , bakery foods
