I am 28 yrs old mother of 2 yrs old daughter i want to loss weight n i am walking 6 to 7 kms a day is dat enough for lossing weight??

A. hi to lo weight, you need to walk briskly avoid sugar sweets fried foods bakery foods biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks bread cakes chips include sprouts pulses skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits vegetables and nuts drink plenty of water
