7 month old baby is having loose motion since last 2days so what medicines can we give plz suggest. even he lossing his waight after 6month for maintaining n gaining weight what vitamins need to give?

please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
you can give two drops of sprolac powder once in a day.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
