I am 28 years old . I got my period on 3 Rd October this month and I was still bleeding . I'm worried when it will stop please recommend some medicine for stopping bleeding instantly. I am a pcod person present I am unable to check with my doc. please help me out I am very stressed .

A. you should have proper consultation. PP c o d is mostly related to your hormones So the best way to keep hormones P balance is to avoid stress by doing meditation. And having regular exercise along with daily walking or jogging.
