Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

M Sure the baby is fine but if you’re having a pain then instead of you know trying to self treat yourself it would be better that you please get a check with your gynaecologist you are pregnant you should never risk of pregnancy for anything so please get a check with your gynaecologist will advise you with the right medicine and also maybe the sleeping posture of yours wasn’t correct which is why pain could be there but I’m not sure so better get a checked
