Q.

I am 26 years old and a mother of 1 child. I have no plans of 2nd baby currently, but after a few years I wish to have 2nd. But one of my family members says that we don't have that much strength to deliver and take care of 2nd baby like we had during 1st baby. So if this is true, how can I maintain the same level of strength that I have today? Please do suggest. Thank you.
