Q.

I am 25 yrs old , 31 week pregnant.... i have placenta posterior to lower segment Grade 2 ... low laying placenta .... there is any chance to placenta moving up and normal delivery ??

A. if there was any chance of movement then that will get done by 20 weeks itself and now that it is 31 weeks it is unlikely that the placenta will move so be mentally prepared for a surgery

A. If you have grade 1 or 2 it may still be possible to have a vaginal birth, but grade 3 or 4 will require a caesarean section. Any grade of placenta praevia will require you to live near or have easy access to the hospital in case you start bleeding.
