I am 23 week pregnant and my weight before my pregnancy start was 57 kg and now it is 60 kg. I think I am not gaining enough weight is it ok to gain less weight in pregnancy or what to do for weight gain.

A. Mam you should first talk to your gynaecologist about it I’m only game 3 KG is in such a long time of your pregnancy and we’ll pick up more but you should have at least gained a minimum of 5 KG is as of now so I suggest you talk to your gynaecologist once regarding this
