A. Hello to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months

A. Hi Amrita , Walk more eat couple of bites less than what you really want to. Practice yogasana Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Don't consume packaged and processed food , maida and sugar Practice fast (Upavasa )
