I am 20 weeks pregnant I have faced 2 previous miscarriage and doctor advised me to take Eco sprin. My anomaly scan shows less baby growth and Liquor amount Less should I worry??

Yes you should be concerned about it because you’ve already had a history of miscarriages child having a proper growth plus the fluid is less it is going to be nothing that you really need to be concerned about so just continue and follow your doctors instructions
