Q.

I am 8 weeks pregnant but my scan shows no yolk sac and as per scan it shows 5 weeks pregnancy. is this means miscarriage?

A. yes if there is no yolk seen still when its 8 weeks by last period date , then it is definitely indicator of early miscarriage and you should consult with your gynecologist for further management to be done
