i am 2 month pregnant now and i took scanning also, in report it showed fetal heart beat @ 116bpm and fetal node is 6mm but also bleeding is happening to me what may be the reason for this?

A. the reports are totally normal so nothing to worry about it's just that if you are having bleeding you should take total bed rest for a few days and also consult with your doctor for medications to be started
