Q.
I am 13th week pregnant and highly constipated ,it's worsen my condition day by day .I feel nousea and vomiting just because constipation,I am unable to do any house hold work just because uncomfertness in my stomach and mood due to severe constipation.plz suggest me any solution to get rid of constipation instantly...
