A. Hello You can add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates, banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds coconut, egg, paneer, avocado, anjeer, in childs diet for healthy weight gain Avoid biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden drinks, bread, cakes, chips, maggi. junk foods completely
