Q.
i am 12 weeks pregnant.i was having spotting, after scanning dr.said there is perisac and no heart beat with 7 weeks gestation age.but in last scan tgat was at 9 weeks,the fetus geartbeat was 140with gestation age 8.4 days.how is this possible ?what should i do now?

The Child can have as heartbeat by 12 weeks also if a child does not have a heartbeat by completing the scan of 12 weeks then you have to terminate the pregnancy but in normal case is doctors do it up till the time of 12 weeks of pregnancy and any heartbeat over 120 is considered healthy
