Rajani SrivastavaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. yes. u can take. but I can also suggest to try some home remedies too. green vegetables and fruits, daal, ghee, dryfruits jaggery ,jeera, garlic ,milk and satavari.. these are some food which help in increasing the breast milk. also its purely demand base ,more u give, the more u produce. keep urself hydrated and take plenty of fluids too. as ur baby is already 11 months,u can give her proper home made meal as well. try all these and if still ur milk low. ..introduce formula milk. or u can give mix feed too.there are so many good brands available in market. but I personally like Aptamil Gold formula milk for my baby. 2 major reasons I choose this ,first it has HMOs which make it closest to mother's milk. And secondly the prebiotics helps in easy digestion and improve gut health. my baby has no such issue so far. spntry all these things as kill is really necessary till 2-3 years.
