I am 10 wk 3 days pregnant,having excess of vomiting. Am not able to take liquids too .Took IV drips twice but still nothing is working .Weight is also loosing and now am totally sick and tired.

A. Give me some medicines are going to help and controlling but these medicines make you very drowsy so please check with your gynaecologist to advise you with the medicines to be taken which will help in reducing the issues that you are facing
