I am 10 weeks antenatal, require ur guidence for yoga during pregnancy

A. pregnancy yoga better after 12 weeks. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
