i am 10 month old baby boy and I am breastfeeding mother can I drink chirata water

Namaste Mom, Though much data is not available on this , but would not recommend the use of it as a lactating mother as such. as it is quite bitter in taste may have its effects on the taste of the milk. also tends to cause low blood sugar that could then indirectly affect your baby.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello! Not advisable for nursing mothers. I would not recommend you to take anything that can cause an indirect effect or reaction to your breastfeeding baby. You can also check with your doctor.
