Q.

I always feel tired while doing breastfeeding .Pls say me how to overcome this tiredness while feeding baby

A. Getting tired during breastfeeding indicates that you are taking less water intake and nutrition. So you have to improve your diet with good nutrition and also increase water intake as breastfeeding causes dehydration.

A. it happens.. energy gets drained out .. just a phase and this too shall pass . eat good food , sleep well and think only positive thoughts

A. so you have to improve the your diet and nutrition and water,milk , juices and dry fruits laddus so healthy food this all you take good health and healthy woman
