I always feel like my body is feverish. So my dad keeps telling since you don't drink more water your body is heat. So, is this correct what my dad says?

A. yes if you keep yourself well hydrated that will reduce the body temperature so you should drink plenty of water and other fluids and if on measuring the temperature it is fever then you need to take medicine
