I almost complete my 6 months ,in this covid situation is it safe to take vitamin c , vitamin D3 with zinc chewable tablets

A. yes you can take all these vitamins and multivitamin these will not harm to mother or baby, also take all seasonal fruits and vegetables to increase your immunity and drink plenty of fluids
