is vitamin d3 (cholecalciforal)drops and zinc, vitamin c ,vitamin d3, lysine, multivitamin & mineral drops are same are not ???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. depending on the need your doctor will be giving medicines the concentration of vitamin D3 required for the baby if really baby needs combinations are single one to be decided by the doctor
