I am a mother of 3 year old son and pregnant with second baby.. currently in 7th month.. I want to know that as a precaution in this covid situation can I take vitamin c and zinc tablets.. and if yes please prescribe dosage

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment I’m Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
