Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquidtds and gived proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should change your lifestyle for good. And eat fibrous diet who h digests easily. Avoid maida and junk food totally. Also drink lots of water. Do simple exercises. And walk is must. Good luck and take care
