hyperneb (sodium chloride inhalation solution 3%) photo attached. Is it normal saline? can I use this saline for cough of 1 year old child ?

A. it is not a normal saline but concentrated saline and has to be used only under medical consultation. regular saline does not have Side Effects but this medicine has got side effects
