Q.

hello. what happens if the nasal saline solution enters eye of a baby which contains sodium chloride IP 0.65% w/v & benzalkonium chloride solution IP 0.03% W/V. will it affect the vision of an eye

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and if his eyes are contaminated with saline nasal drops then it can cause irritation and watering from the eyes otherwise nothing

A. Hi parent No , it doesn't affect eye because nasal path is connected to eyes as well. it is natural for the drops to Penterate eyes but if you observe any symptom of discomfort please consult your pediatrician
