hy sir ..my baby boy was 1yr old ...for past two days he had severe vomiting n diahhrea then fever too...I toom him to a general doctor..bcuz peadiatrition was not avail at tat time...he recommended 2 syrup for vomiting 1 emeset and for diahhrea he gave raliflox forte..am giving from yesterday afternoon...till now vomit has been stoped but diahhrea continues ...it wS in watery consistency...by searching through net..i came to know that he was under dehydration..then i gave him ORS n arrowroot mixer..but it was not stop...please tell me some remedies to overcome from it..then wat can i give for him...during fever can i give lemonhoney water...pls reply me soon sir

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 year old and he is having loose motions and vomitng so he has dehydration and fever so give him ORS and econorm sachets two time a day and vomikind syrup 5 ml before feeding
