hy am a mother of 11 months girl after my c section I got my period back after 10 months but now my period is late an at the same time I am a breastfeeding mother I just want to know the reason plz help

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. These kind of irregularities are common upto one year after delivery. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
