don't skip breakfast. have good water intake.

Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
sonali kambliMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Start your day with luke warm water mixed with lime,honey and cinnamon powder,go for walk for 45 mins,you can also do some yoga whenever your baby takes nap,have control on diet...take lots of water..

Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. ...And also Cut carbs from your diet. ...Eat foods rich in fiber it helps...
Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat ..join a yoga class along with Pilates and if not then at home only do some streching everyday...also Surya namaskar works wonders...
