A. You have to take care of two things first is your diet and second start some physical exercise in your daily routine like yoga and start having early dinner abd start having in the morning tea made from cumin half teaspoon coriander seeds half teaspoon abd fennel half teaspoon and boil It in one litre water for 10 mins and sip it warm and store in thermos and don’t reheat and finish till 4 pm

A. A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the best way to shed the pounds. Exercise will help you lose fat instead of muscle. Once you are ready to start losing weight, eat a little less and move a little more each day. It may be tempting to push yourself into a hard routine for fast weight loss.
