have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss.

if we dnt breastfeeding for long hrs will the milk spoils inside the breast ? can we feed without removing the milk aftr a long hrs ?
