include homecooked foods, whole grains, millets, milk and milk products, dals and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours.
avoid junk, processed and fried foods, carbonated beverages, refined flour, excess salt , sugar and fats.
you can go on walk, exercise or yoga.
