u can add broken wheat daliya, whole grains like whole green gram, ragi cookies, sweet potatoes, spinach rice,fresh fruit like banana, chikoo try nonvage too egg, chicken soup or soft peicess of chicken, fish avoid packaged food.

You can add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana paneer potato, sweet potato. anjeer to the recipes.

But make sure to give four hours between each solid feed and two hours of s Gap To give any liquid. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies and fruits and pulses in a week. Avoid junk food.
