How to wean off my 20 months old

A. As you begin the process, speak to your kid about it and prepare him or her for transition. Gradually reduce the length and frequency of nursing sessions. Do not be abrupt and understand your kid's needs. Start by dropping sessions one by one. Allow a week or so to pass by before dropping another session. Begin with daytime suckling sessions. Keep feeding sessions short. Stop offering your breasts for comfort. Whenever the hunger pang strikes, offer solids instead of breast milk.
