how to treat swollen gums in babies

A. Sorry, he's having fever from past few days (4 days) and also few sores/lesions in the mouth + saliva is oozing. tested positive for S.typhi H & O. we are using antibiotics and paracetamol. My question - is there any medicament to treat his sores in the mouth. It is preventing him to eat solid food.

A. swollen gums is a sign of teeth eruption teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage  baby s gums by fingers. give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
