How to treat persistent cough and cold in kids?

A. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half dadys then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. try to predvent temperature variations around the child that is prevent hot to cold and cold to hot weather.
